A few days ago, I watched the documentary called "Minimalism: A Documentary About the Important Things" directed by Matt D'Avella.
I say it was a fantastic, an eye-opening movie that makes the audience reflect about their lives. The movie is available on Netflix and other streaming apps. Today, I would like to encourage you to adopt some values and habits of minimalists. For they are the future, and they are fighting back the consumer-society, which believes things bring happiness when well-being and kind actions do. It is time to say we have ENOUGH. Enough, by Davis Will, is actually a great book about focusing on the significant parts of life-Read it or you'll regret it! My favorite quote of the movie is "Love people and use things, because the opposite never works"- Joshua Fields Millburn
Some of my takeaways of the movie are:
Don't be a fool for advertising
Buy what you need and what is beneficial in your life
Reuse, reduce, recycle
Focus on building relationships with your friends and family
Have a balanced life
