By the time you are in high school, your childhood youth is gone; you can’t get it back. Tick tock, tick tock. You do stupid things that you know will get you in trouble, but you do it because your a teenager and that’s what you do.
Before you know it, you are in college and you are thinking where has your whole life gone. Tick tock, tick tock. You take classes and find exactly what you were made to be. You work so hard to fulfill this dream, and you put so much work and exsertion into this project, paper, or presentation. Although this is when you can travel the world and learn about many new cultures and meet new people. Find a place that makes you feel like every problem that you have been facing has gone away.
You blink your eyes and you find yourself walking up to get your diploma and soon with your dad as he gives his little girl to the one she loves. Tick tock, tick tock.
My point is that you never want to take you time for granted. So, every time that you look up at the clock to see how many minutes until you have to leave, take that time listen to the information that might take away from some of that exertion you put into that presentation. Make sure that you're not living in your future. Tick tock, tick tock.
