Drops of rain tumbling down
Hitting the roof
In a subtle pattern
The rain turning the sky a shade of grey
The rain creating a strange melody with the wind
Quiet, then the sound of tapping.

There is never really silence.
A car horn The ticking of a clock The shuffle of your shoes Birds calling The distant chatter of people The wind howling They all cut through the quiet We are surrounded by these little noises Unable to escape from the sounds that we are enveloped in. The peace and bliss never there. Noises piercing the soundlessness of the day. DOVE WHITE
Snow, silence Crystal eyes of light blue Stone cold exterior of pure pale white, Soft warm feather blanket of foamy warmth The reassuring of arms around you, The kindness of a garden But really hard to find A wish to have them shatters your heart The thought of them always holds hope Without them, love could not thrive Death black Coldness Numbness Tearful fear in the darkness Sharp pain that fades to a numbness It is unstoppable It wields the power of fate But it is just a life that takes too much TEAR TRANSPARENT A sadness of not being seen The melancholy but adventurous though of invisibility The heroically intriguing and useful quality Being studded The pain of transparency But the survival, and the strength Is admirable, and surprising She is a kind and mothering sole, She cares for all But gets no credit. BLOOD BOILING RED The red of hatred, And the red of mistakes The deeds that are unforgiving, blunt and harmful Natural pain, and natural fear Whorl up and warp to create the ever known Danger and anger The Adrenalin and energy The energy that heats He is seen only for the negative by the pure soles, And only the good by the tainted and power seeking. I’m trying to hang up some letters. easy, right? I’m almost finished- oh, wait. those two are barely but noticeably different distances apart. I move the letters over and over ripping up the paper in the process I finish letters still uneven my head spinning and back arching in Anxiety. Once upon a time there was a gorgeous little girl. There was one problem though. She was green from an evil curse cast by a goofy guard. The goofy guard was Greek which meant that he had a grudge against anyone who played games, so he turned her green. Everyone hated Greta because she was green and nobody cared that she was good and had a pet gazelle. She turned grouchy, but nobody cared because they got away from her and locked her in gates. She was sulking and crying gold gears when a gray grizzly bear showed up.
“I’m the gray grizzly bear Grover. How can I help you?” he asked glumly. He was tired of nobody being his friend just because he was boring gray. “Well, there was a goofy guard who hated me because I play games, so he turned me green, so nobody likes me anymore.” she pouted. “It’s not my fault! I didn’t know that Greek guards are goofy but don’t like games.” “I wish I could help you, but my gross gumdrop with magical powers won’t be any help for an evil curse. You have to go find the graceful goose if you want to break your curse.” the bear responded. So off she went. She traveled far and wide to find the graceful goose. “I’m stumped! I have only met the gobbled gumball, the gaily growing gum, and the glowing gal. But no graceful goose!” Just then, the graceful goose appeared! “I am the graceful goose! What is your wish?” the goose asked. The girl thought and thought. She could turn herself back to normal, or she could help all of her friends be happier. “I wish to help all of my new friends by giving them all a gift.” she decided. ‘POOF!’ was all it took and now her friends were all happy and she found the true meaning of happiness.
