Despite a tough loss to the Celtics shortly before, the Sixers ended up pulling out with the win against the Detroit Pistons and Andre Drummond. Philadelphia had a tough start, quickly going down by as many as 9 in the first quarter, but soon showed us their true colors as they absolutely balled out to take a commanding lead of 18. The Pistons weren't about to let the game go so soon, however, as they significantly brought the lead down in the 3rd period and even took a small lead for a short period of time in the 4th. Their strong efforts were no match for Philly in the final few minutes of the game, though, as the Sixers came out with the win.
