“Michael, will be given to the Pevensie’s Abigail, Paul, and Cassandra” The Chief announced
Cassandra and her family walked up to the stage and received Michael in a basket with a pale blanket with his comfort object wrapped in his arms. Cassandra silently watched the rest of the ceremony.
“Mark, will be given to the Smith’s Susan, Scott, and Melanie” The chief announced.
“Iris, will be given to the McCarver's Leah, and Lester as their first child” The chief repeated
Cassandra continued to watch the ceremony as the twos, threes, fours, fives, sixes, sevens, and eights continued their ritual.
“I’m so excited for tomorrow” Melanie exclaimed
“Yeah me too” Cassandra agreed
“What do you think i’m gonna get” Melanie asked Cassandra
“I think you will get Medical Care” I told Melanie
“Yeah, Probably” Melanie agreed
“Mel, what do you think I will get” Cassandra asked
“Department of Justice. But you know I am not good at guessing” Mel responded
“That’s true” Cassandra agreed “I’m not that great at guessing”
“Yes you are. You are always right” Mel told Cassandra
“Not always” Cassandra assured Mel
“NO! Always” Mel argued.
“Oh, Mel” Cassandra laughed
“What i’m just telling the truth” Mel pointed out.
“I need to go home for dinner now” Cassandra told Mel
“Me too” Mel agreed.
So Cassandra rode with Melanie home until they reached Mel’s house and she continued to her house by herself. She then reached her house.
“I’m home” Cassandra called out.
“Oh good, sit down for dinner” Cassandra’s mother told her
“Sandra would you like to tell your feelings first” Father asked Cassandra
“Oh sure. Today I felt excited for two reasons. I was excited to receive my brother, and now we have Michael, and excited for the ceremony of the twelves.
